Very nice Hotel Experience!

The hotel was clean! I also enjoyed the comfortable bedrooms, complete with efficient air conditioning and decent showers. Its location is really convenient. A short walk gets you to the bus stop. The shop across the road selling water and basic food was very helpful. Breakfast offered many choices, cereals, fruit, ham, cheese, bread, eggs, bacon, and even prosecco!
The room was unbearably warm, I complained several times and the staff offered no solutions!

The staff was helpful and very friendly! Monica at reception was a real delight and super helpful, I really appreciated it. And the barman at the rooftop terrace bar was also kind and attentive.

The breakfast offered a perfect balance between choice and high quality. There were many options! I particularly enjoyed the variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes available each morning, I loved it!

My superior room was spacious and nicely decorated! The huge bathroom was well-equipped. I particularly appreciated the extra space and the tasteful decor that created a relaxing atmosphere, I liked the design.

i stayed in a superior double room and it was quite spacious i appreciated the large bathroom too the breakfast offered many choices with fresh fruit yogurt and various egg preparations i also found the staff to be very attentive and helpful
the rooftop bar was closed earlier than advertised one evening

The check-in process was quick and efficient. My room had a comfortable king size bed with soft pillows. The hotel provided a rooftop bar with beautiful views. I found the location convenient with easy access to nearby transportation.
The minibar was quite small and had limited space for personal items.

the room i had felt smaller than what the photos suggested (i think that's quite common, though). on the first night, i went up to the rooftop bar at 9:30 pm and it was deserted, not even staff present. the website advertised that it closes at 10 pm but a staff member abruptly told me, 'we're closed'. i was a little annoyed because it wasn't even 10 yet and the staff seemed rude.

the breakfast provided many options. it includes smoked salmon every day. i also found the air conditioning to be effective. my superior double room offered sufficient space and comfort.
the minibar in my room was not replenished daily. the television mostly showed german channels. i also noticed the view from my window looked directly at a wall. this was rather disappointing.

the breakfast had many options. i especially liked the freshly baked bread. the staff were friendly , and the location was great. it was easy to access public transport nearby.
the room seemed smaller than in the photos. the air conditioning did not work effectively. the pipes in the bathroom were visible , which was not appealing.
